We are in the process of securing accommodations for those volunteers who do not have a place to stay within the Whistler area. When completing your application to volunteer, please indicate if you need assistance in sourcing housing.

Join the Whistler Volunteer HomeStay Host Program today

Whistlerites have a history of hosting volunteers. The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is leading a Whistler Volunteer HomeStay Host Program where local volunteers host Whistler Alpine event volunteers from across Canada.

If you can provide a bedroom and a few home comforts to an event volunteer, then you’ve got what it takes. We’re asking for a minimum four night commitment between January 30 and February 26. The majority of the 250 required beds will be needed between February 6-13 and February 18-24.

This is a great opportunity to get the family involved in the unique aspect of Whistler, to support our Canadian athletes and of course, to showcase our community to the world.
